(illustrator) Who do you have to blow to get in the user defined swatch library ?

with one comment

This really has 2 layers of annoyance.

1. I have a user defined swatch library (palette) that I use on EVERY SINGLE BLOG I do and yet Illustrator has decided in its infinite wisdom that this is not worthy of the exclusive user defined swatch library list – however the wow and pizazz that is my brush library waltzed straight past the bouncers that guard the user defined brush library. I hate to play the race card, but my swatch library is coloured.

2. OK so I’ve come to terms with the fact my swatch library will never be welcomed at the user defined swatch library country club, so then why oh why must I always point the file browser back to my art folder again and again. I have actually had to MOVE my swatch file into the illustrator folder. Oh yeah Illustrator, no I totally don’t want to use my art folder like I have been every day for the last 8 years, you’re right – all my stuff is totally in the illustrator folder now – yup absolutely, good guess.

(illustrator) Recent items my tits

without comments

Why have I been looking at the same 8 ‘recent items’ for the last 3 weeks? Why is that – why would I want that?
